Overview:
WXStudio is a proof of concept built around a simple but ambitious idea: weather data on the web should feel fast, visual, and broadcast-inspired. The developer had the technology in place and needed a UI system that could communicate the potential of the product clearly enough to gather real feedback and chart a direction forward. We came in to help shape the visual language and core interface components that would bring that vision to life.

Challenges:
Designing for a proof of concept is a different challenge than designing for a finished product. Every decision had to be purposeful enough to feel credible while staying flexible enough to evolve as the product finds its footing. On top of that, every UI element needed to live over a dynamic color heavy radar map without competing with the data underneath it. Readable, confident, and out of the way all at the same time.

Conclusion:
We delivered a logo, full width banner, legend, and button components that gave WXStudio a visual identity strong enough to stand on its own while leaving room for the product to grow. The result is a UI foundation built to show what WXStudio could become and start the conversation about where it goes next.
